- The accommodation itself has been very nice, the location is totally quiet and despite the highway which is right next to it, you don't hear anything in the room. - The staff always welcomes you with a smile and is always helpful. You get the feeling not to be a stranger. - What I also liked was the direct connection to the shopping center Nevada as well as to the grocery store and the connection to other cities/villages which you can reach within a few minutes. - What I also liked very much was the pool. - What I really liked about the hotel where you also got the feeling of security was that there was a security camera on every corner around the hotel that records everything 24 hours a day when something happens. I would definitely go there again, there were some small defects in the hotel but they are no end of the world for me. Maybe I will see you again soon :).
- What I did not like so much was the volume of the cleaning ladies in the early morning. The cleaners are not cleaning the floor properly. - What I also did not like was that we had 2 single beds which we had to push together so that my husband and I had to lie next to each other. Is now no end of the world but each time the beds have moved in the night. - What I also did not like were sometimes the smells one has smelled in the hotel. It is not a nice smell but not that bad either. - What I did not like was that the pool was full of dirt and was rarely cleaned. My husband then took over the role each time and made it clean :) The sunbeds should be renewed because many are broken.

The pool was nice, good food in cafeteria at midnight, plenty of parking, quiet rooms, helpful receptionist, decent value.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Just North of the city of Granada. Most parts of the Hotel are non-smoking including the restaurant. Great for Spain where it is hard to get away from smoke. They booked us a reasonable guided tour of the Alhambra that was wonderful. The Hotel is about 400 meters north of exit 18, right off the freeway. Do not go where the Book it map says. You will never find it.

clean and functional. seem to take low end bookings and kids trips(very noisy at night)very helpful staff. breakfast shite. 40 not 20k from sierra nevada but easy to find.we would stay again but would ask for top floor room at the back.basic but good value.
we had "discussions" about the noise, but came to an agreement and left happy. will go back...

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel just outside of Granada. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail was impressive, from the welcoming and friendly staff to the basic amenities in the rooms. The location, while in a lonely suburb, was actually quite convenient as it offered free and safe parking, and it only took around 15 to 20 minutes to reach the center of Granada via the nearby highway. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a definite bonus.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was delightful and I couldn't fault anything.

The Receptionist did all that was possible to help us and make us comfortable.
Regrettably, the excellent recetionist appeared to be the only member of staff on duty the evening we arrived. He was covering all other staff duties; barman, waiter and cook. The restaurant was closed and the bar snack menu was very limited with some items reduced to one portion of each whilst some items were ruled through and 'off' the menu.

the pool was nice and not too small, we could get quite good food in the cafeteria at midnight. There was plenty of parking in the street; and even though the motorway is directly right beside the hotel the rooms were quiet
somehow our reservation didn't come through completely (credit card wasn't recognized at first), but everything worked out fine
